Big Island of Hawaii real estate sales

The Hawaiian Values associated with Livin Aloha are important in the way we live and the way I conduct my business. These values blend naturally with the believes I was raised with. Although imperfectly, I strive for excellence. The Hawaiian word that seems to best describe this approach to relationships and responsible living is "KINA'OLE'. Having lived here for more than 20 years, I feel a part of Hawaii and it's my desire to share this experience in this way with others who have the desire to live here with Aloha as well.

Aloha,

Remember there can be a Buyer's Agent and a Seller's Agent and there are Agents with whom you may only have only a Customers Relationship, rather than a Client Relationship. That's because the term "agent" is often used in a casual manner, referring to any real estate practitioner. Agency is a very important consideration when entering into a real estate transaction and must be established in writing at least by the offer stage of any purchase. Actually you should have a good handle on agency before you start working with any agent, so you understand, just who represents who.

What can you expect from me, representing you, as Your Agent?

Remember as a Buyer it costs you nothing to have your own agent representing your best interests, committed to YOU, in other words:

• Loyal to you.
• Obedient to you.
• Discloses to you, the known material facts.
• Confidential about your circumstances.
• Provides care and diligence to you, with your part of the transaction.
• Accountable to you, providing accounting that's transparent and reliable.

Integrity is priceless; knowledge and experience just take time.
I offer my clients all three.
